Refund policy

At GEAR4DEER, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns:
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. Please contact us before sending any item back, so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, downloadable products, clearance items, and customized gear are non-returnable.

Exchanges:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
